Renminbi is the official currency of China. The basic unit is yuan, which notes in denominations of 5, 10, 50 and 100 yuan and notes in values of 1yuan, 5 jiao and 1, 2 and 5 jiao. A yuan is divided into 10 jiao. They have some special relationship with Chinese flowers. At the centre of the front side of 100 yuan, you can find a plum blossom, which symbolizes nobleness strong and modesty. This is also the reflection of the character of Chinese people.
Different from 100 yuan, you can find a chrysanthemum, not only a symbol of autumn but also a symbol of longevity. When in front of the flower, a strong feeling of arrogance will rise at the bottom of our heart.
20 yuan is with a lotus in front, which is known as gentleman of flower. Poets speak highly as growing up from the filthy mud without being polluted
Well, 10 yuan, we can see a Chinese Rose Flower, which is originally found in China. It has a graceful carriage and is regarded as queen of flower.
5 yuan with narcissus that known as Fairy on waves and is loved by most Chinese. When New Year comes, narcissus means good luck and success on business.
Then, 1 yuan with a orchid, which is appreciated by poets because of its noble, elegant, and undying devotion character. It’s a symbol of spring.
