Chinese video & phone translation is one of the services that we provide in which our translators or interpreters translate or interpret your video & telephone conversations through conference calls.

1. Selected translation

Before making quote, the project manager will conduct a thorough understanding the style and artistic arrangement of the translated work the client likes it to be presented as well as scheduling planning as a project, hoping that the approach obtaining professional terms or reference literatures correct.

2. Quote confirmed and implementations:
When the date of document delivery and way of payment are confirmed, the project manager will issue the client with quotation and translation number or job number, and when the quotation is returned with the payment information of customers via e-mail or fax, the contract is considered established.

3. Assignment of team members:
The project manager will make use of the result of information analysis, internal auditing mechanism to find out the best pool of translator, editor, and artistic designer of layout arranger to customize every project.
4. Document delivery:
Project personnel will send the copy of translated work to the designated email account / fax / location addressed.
