关于

    The preposition “关于” and its object refers to the range of influence of the action and the object and events that it pertains to. It is used as an adverbial and is always placed at the beginning of the sentence, for example,
 
  关于就业的问题，这是大家都很关心的大事。
  关于神女峰，有很多美丽的传说。 
  关于怎么样保护环境，大家都提出了很多好建议。

Note that when the prepositional phrase with “关于” is used as an attribute, “ 的” is usually added. For example : “ 关于男女平等的问题”, “ 关于妇女地位的课文”.
