刚……就……（Adv.……Adv.）"no sooner...than..."
This pattern emphasizes one action taking place right after the preceding one only a short while ago. Both adverbs are followed by verb phrases. Please note, you have to follow the order of actions successively, which means the action happened first should be placed before the second one.
Subj.1 + 刚 + VP（Subj.2）+ 就 + VP
Examples:
1. 大卫刚到中国就考虑在中国投资。
David is considering investing I China right after his arrival.
2. 利率刚降，股票就涨了
The stock market is going up right after the interest rate went lower a short while ago.
