"both... and ..."   又…又…（Adv…Adv….）

It is a set of correlative markers that connect two similar items or descriptions.

Example:
1. 这家店的东西又好又便宜。
The goods sold in this store are both good and inexpensive.
2. 小王又会说中文又会说英文。
Xiao Wang can speak both Chinese and English.

Substitutive drills:

弟弟长得又高又胖。
那个学生又聪明又用功。
这个电影又紧张又有意思。
