五香排骨braised ribs with spices
主材:肋排500克。
腌料:料酒1大勺、糖1小勺、盐1/2小勺、五香粉1小勺、地瓜粉1大勺。
调味料:蒜头3瓣(切末)、辣椒粉1小勺、酱油1大勺、香醋1大勺、糖1大勺、盐1/2小勺、水适量。
其它:食用油适量、炒熟白芝麻少许。
做法: 1、排骨洗净,加腌料腌制入味; 2、所有调味料混合均匀备用; 3、锅内放油,烧至7成热,用中火将排骨炸至变色表面有点焦黄,捞起沥油; 4、锅内留底油,将调味料倒入锅中,加水大火煮开; 5、放入炸过的排骨,改小火慢卤至排骨熟软入味; 6、最后起锅时撒上炒熟的白芝麻增香;
排骨实在是很讨喜的食材,在餐桌上总是那么受欢迎,除了素食主义者,几乎还没有人不喜欢的吧。

Marinade: 1 tablespoon cooking wine,1 teaspoon of sugar,1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 tablespoon sweet potato powder.
Seasoning: 3 garlic (chopped), 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar , 1 tablespoon sugar , 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, right amount water . Other: Right amount of edible oil, a little fried white sesame.
Making methods: 1,
1 First cleaning the pork spare rib, then mix them with marinade for tasty. 2 Mix all seasoning . 3 First put oil in the pot to burn it to7 into 10 heat, then use medium heat to fry ribs deeply when the ribs have a brown color surface, at last fish them out till the oil is dry.
4 Leave some oil in the pot, and put the seasoning into the pot, then add some water to boilable. 5 Put the fried ribs in the pot , cooked the pork spare ribs to stewed with a little slow fire until it is soft flavor. 6 Finally ,fish out the pork spare ribs , and stir some fired white sesame on it ,so that it will be fragrant.
Ribs are really pleasant ingredients. They are so popular on the table that there is almost nobody doesn’t like them besides the vegetarians.
