Rain Water means the rainfall begins and Precipitation increases. Rain Water has two meanings:the weather become warm and the Precipitation increases gradually; as the Precipitation form, the snow reducing and the rain increasing.

It maens the summer crops begin full grain filling, but still not mature, not big enough.

夏至 the Summer Solstice (10th solar term)Jun.21 or 22
The summer solstice happens when the sun reaches its most northern
point. It is the longest day of the year. But not the hottest time of the year.
小暑 Lesser Heat (11th solar term)Jul.6,7 or 8.
Lesser Heat means not very hot, the hot summer weather began but not tothe hottest.
大暑 Greater Heat (12th solar term)Jul.22,23 or 24
Greater Heat is the hottest period of the year, the highest temperature, the fastest growth of crops.
