Shaomai
Featuring the flower-shaped puff top, shaomai is also called shaomi, shaomei, or guipengtou. It is a steamed flour food with stuffing. Originated in Dadu, the capital of the Yuan Dynasty, it's a traditional Chinese food with quite a long history.
烧麦
